🚨 Dieting is the biggest predictor of weight gain.

People who diet are more likely to gain weight over time than people who don’t diet.

Dieting also comes with so much guilt as the restriction becomes too difficult to maintain. Do you say to yourself:

“I’ve blown it.”
“I’ll start again on Monday.”

And the cycle begins all over again.
This isn’t a lack of willpower.
It’s a completely normal biological response to restriction.
💚 Imagine if, instead of fighting your body, you learned to work with it.
That’s where mindful eating comes in.
By tuning into your hunger and fullness cues, letting go of rigid food rules, and giving yourself unconditional permission to eat, you can begin to rebuild trust with your body and step off the dieting rollercoaster.

You don’t need another diet.

You need a different relationship with food.
✨ Food freedom starts when dieting ends.

If you’ve ever thought…
💭 “Why can’t I just stick to a diet?”
💭 “I’ve failed again.”
💭 “What’s wrong with me?”
I want you to hear this:
You haven’t failed.
The truth is, most diets don’t work in the long term. They often rely on restriction, which can leave you thinking about food more, craving the foods you’ve been avoiding, and feeling trapped in an endless cycle of guilt and “starting again on Monday.”
Over time, constant dieting can also make it harder to recognise your body’s natural hunger and fullness cues, leaving you feeling disconnected from the signals that were designed to help guide your eating.
✨ Your body isn’t broken.
✨ You don’t need more willpower.
✨ You don’t need another diet.
What you need is a way of eating that helps you reconnect with your body, trust yourself around food, and finally step off the dieting rollercoaster.
💚 Tomorrow I’m revealing something I’ve been working on that will help you do exactly that…
If you’re ready to leave dieting behind and build a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food, make sure you’re following along so you don’t miss it.

Have you ever stopped to ask yourself…
“Am I actually hungry… or am I eating for another reason?” 🤔💚
Learning the difference between physical hunger and emotional hunger can completely change your relationship with food.
✨ Physical hunger:
✔️ Builds gradually.
✔️ Can be satisfied with a variety of foods.
✔️ Stops when you’re comfortably full.
💭 Emotional hunger:
✔️ Comes on suddenly and feels urgent.
✔️ Usually craves one specific food (often the foods you’ve been trying to avoid!).
✔️ Often leaves you feeling guilty or frustrated afterwards.
The goal isn’t to stop emotional eating completely—we all eat for comfort, celebration, or connection sometimes.
The goal is to recognise what’s driving your eating so you can respond with curiosity instead of guilt.
When you understand your hunger, food starts to lose its power over you.
✨ This is one of the key skills I teach inside my new online course which I’ll be revealing all the details in just 2 days!🎉
💚 Follow along so you don’t miss the launch.

🚨 It might surprise you to hear this…
Dieting could be the very reason you feel out of control around food.
For years we’ve been told that if we just had more willpower, we’d be able to stick to a diet.
But that’s not how our brains and bodies work.
When you restrict foods or tell yourself you “can’t” have something:
🍫 You think about it more.
🍪 You crave it more.
🍕 It becomes more tempting.
🍽️ Eventually you feel deprived, overeat, and then the guilt sets in.
So you promise yourself you’ll be “better” tomorrow…
And the cycle starts all over again.
This isn’t because you’re weak.
It’s because restriction fuels the very behaviours you’re trying to stop.
Imagine if you could:
✨ Enjoy all foods without guilt.
✨ Trust your hunger again.
✨ Stop obsessing about what you should or shouldn’t eat.
✨ Feel calm and in control around food.
That’s exactly what I’m going to be sharing over the coming days.
💚 Follow so you don’t miss what’s coming, and tell me in the comments…
Have diets ever left you feeling more obsessed with food than before?

01/08/2026

Have you ever felt like you’re “good” with food all day… until suddenly you’re not?

One minute you’re sticking to your plan. The next you’re eating foods you promised yourself you wouldn’t.
Then comes the guilt. The shame.
The promise to “start again on Monday.”
Sound familiar?

The truth is, this isn’t because you lack willpower. It’s because dieting and restriction create a cycle that makes you feel out of control around food.
The cycle often looks like this:
✨ Restrict → Crave → Overeat → Feel guilty → Start another diet → Repeat.
You don’t need more discipline.
You need a different approach.
There is a way to eat that doesn’t involve guilt, food rules, or constantly starting over—and I’ll be sharing more about it very soon.

Follow for practical tips on mindful eating, breaking free from the diet cycle, and creating a peaceful relationship with food.
