Myrrh resin is a sacred, earthy aromatic used for thousands of years to cleanse spaces of negative energy, heal emotional grief, and deepen meditation. I’m Claudia, also known as Tink, a holistic wellbeing practitioner, Channel and spiritual teacher with over a decade of experience.
Born in the late 70's in Germany, my journey began at a young age, playing with Tarot cards and a great curiosity about crystals and the supernatural.
In my early twenties I had a life-changing accident which revealed profound, instant healing power I did not know I held within my hands.
In my late twenties I travelled to the sacred lands of Australia, where a long-felt sense of home and ancient soul memories resurfaced.
Here, I became a Reiki Master and also trained and specialised in the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique℠ (QHHT®) through the Dolores Cannon Institute in the United States, followed by a Diploma in Counselling and a Master qualification in Holistic Counselling.
Sacred Soul was finally founded by me in 2020 and has since grown into Sacred Soul Alchemy, guided by the natural expansion of my teachings and services.

Last night I made Fire Cider, a brew to keep you healthy through winter.
When this brew is ready in 4 weeks, ill make shots with real orange juice to have every day.

Brewing takes 4 weeks in a dark space. I used a 1.5 litre clip jar to make this.
This is slightly different to normal fire cider recipe, it has a Steph twist.
My lemon trees are producing huge lemons 🍋 And I have plenty of galangal in the garden ready🫶🏽There are plenty of recipes on line for Fire Cider.

Recipe
1-2 lemons quarter
1 stalk of lemongrass cut into small lengths
Galangal big k**b sliced
Ginger big k**b sliced
1 bulb of garlic, skinned
Handful of dried Blue Turmeric ( yes blue turmeric is real, more healing than golden turmeric)
1/2 cup of raw honey
1/4 cup elderberry
1/4 cup hibiscus flowers
A dash of peppercorns
2 habanero chillies sliced with seed

I used about 800mls of Organic Apple Cider with the Mother.

At end of 4 weeks, strain, liquid off,, pour into bottles and keep in fridge.
Have a shot every day.
Will keep for well over a year, using everyday,wont last a year.
