If you’ve ever visited me at Body Mind & Soul Healing Therapies you would note that I love the little details!!
I love a soft table, calm music, ambient lighting (too many lamps doesn’t exist 😂) and I love a plant that’s not plastic.
Most recently I’ve added in hot towels to combat the chilly weather and some fun stickers, because who doesn’t love a little token that reminds you to unclench, hydrate and sit up straight 🤣😂🤣
Olivia Grace Naturopathy and I share this lovely space, so you’ll find her tea in here for sale as well, it’s good! Trust me 👌🏼
