Come celebrate the start of spring and join us for an afternoon of Pilates and Prosecco.

Start with a 45 minute stretch and flow Pilates class followed by a glass of Prosecco and an Antipasti plate from Meccanico. All abilities and experience levels welcome.

Strong teams don’t just train harder - they train smarter (and out of the rain).

Tonight we had the Marrar boys in for a Pilates session, focusing on core strength, mobility, stability - and a bit of fun.

Pilates isn’t just for rehabilitation or flexibility. It’s an invaluable training tool for athletes, helping to improve movement efficiency, reduce injury risk, enhance recovery and build a stronger foundation for performance on the field.

A huge thank you to the team for bringing the energy and commitment, we love having you in and always such a fun session - all the best for rest of season.

A belated Happy Birthday to our amazing Exercise Physiologist Kate for last Thursday! Thank you for the care, knowledge and encouragement you bring to the clinic every single day. We’re so lucky to have you as part of the Evinco team, and we hope your birthday was as wonderful as you are! 🤍
