I DID IT!
WE did it!!!

What an amazing experience!

I went into this container thinking I was going to learn how to teach the asanas (poses) but instead, I got soooo much more!!!

I healed traumas I thought I’d dealt with and made some beautiful new friends.

Yesterday I completed my 200hour yoga training and I’m so excited for what’s ahead……

A gentle yoga practice with Liz, from Yoga with Liz, followed by breathwork with Nichole from The Conscious Breath and finishing with a grounding sound bath with myself from Shelle Gardner Equilibrium Health and Wellbeing

It’s been a rough couple of days but true friends give as much as they take.

As I struggled to regulate my own nervous system before a sound bath this week because of a traumatic experience I had .sutherland_ came to the rescue with some reiki as we saw it starting to release from my body….. at a not so appropriate time.

gave me an amazing 1:1 sound bath and head massage. I could feeeeeel my cells realigning as I fell into deep relaxation!

And earlier in the day caught up with a few old friends that I’ve known for 20years!

Nervous system regulated and cup full!
