Hello👋 we’re Dave and Alisha, and if you’ve been around a while, you’ve probably seen us, but it’s been a while since we properly introduced ourselves.
Between us, we’ve spent years working in massage and Pilates, and we kept noticing the same pattern…

Dave is ridiculously good at what he does. He can release tight muscles and get you moving again, but the truth is… if nothing changes, the result is short lived.
