Meet Alicia Keen....

I attended school in Wagga Wagga before completing a Bachelor of Education at CSU. As fate would have it I moved into the Agriculture Industry and found a love for all things grain, farming, transport, quality assurance and strict deadlines. I spent many years in the industry in various roles before meeting my husband, starting a business with him and having two children.

When I thought life wasn't busy enough I began my 'mature age student' journey and completed my Bachelor of Nursing. It was tough managing work, family and study but I am a true believer of lifelong learning, was determined and had an end goal. When you know where you want to be and what you want to do, you make it happen. Thank you to my village that helped me get to this point!!!!

There was so much to cover in my studies but I found if I kept my future in focus I could see it all working out….and it did, not without challenges. I decided to follow the lead of mum and transitioned into the Aesthetic Industry. I love what I do!!!! I continue to learn and expand my industry knowledge in Aesthetics. I have the best mentor in the business and mums experience and knowledge is priceless.

I have made many sacrifices to get where I am and the passion that I bring to the industry I feel is unmeasurable. My caring nature ensures my client’s will receive a personalised professional Treatment Plan to help them look and feel their best with age -appropriate outcomes. I am an advocate for a natural look and have an eye for detail. I am focussed, dedicated and compassionate and I look forward to bringing art of Aesthetics and science to our client’s.

I look forward to continuing to meet the RCM family and welcome all new client’s. Thank you for the support.
