Yoga her with the support to achieve her life goals and become her best self. Four years later, after attending group classes and workshops weekly, she was hungry for more knowledge about yoga so she began her Yoga Teacher Training. Since then Karen

has been a non-stop learner of all things yoga and has also become a Yoga Therapist so that she can provide more assistance to those with specific needs such as physical and emotional pain relief, lifestyle problems etc. Karen’s passion as a teacher of 13 years is to impart the “magic” of yoga to as many people as possible. She is excited about the incredible positive change that can be experienced when someone practices regularly - Lives are enhanced with more joy, excitement, health and meaning. Karen is also an avid Permaculture practitioner. She believes the ethics of both Yoga and Permaculture are intrinsically linked. They both guide people towards living on this earth in the best possible way.

The 12th annual International Yoga Day falls on Sunday, June 21, 2026. The official theme for 2026 is "Yoga for Healthy Ageing," highlighting the practice's ability to boost vitality, physical mobility, and longevity across all generations.
On this day we will have a celebratory Free Yoga class suitable for all abilities.
Join us at Wagga Beach at 9.30am. Bring your mat, socks and if you wish to stay a bit afterwards, a warm drink.

Allowing the body to be supported - by the wall, floor, breath.
Allowing the body to receive.
