Meditation is one of the last things I learned but one of the first that I teach.🧘♀️🧘🧘♂️
I incorporate it in all of my offerings either to assist dropping into the space or for mindset shifts.
There is even a chapter on it within my book, 'Who Am I Now? the path to self-discovery'.
At my retreats, I use meditation as a gentle but powerful tool to rebuild confidence from within. When you quiet the mind and connect to your inner self, you begin to let go of self-doubt, comparison, and fear.
Meditation helps you tune into your strengths, trust your intuition, and feel grounded in who you are—no masks, no pressure.
It’s not about becoming someone new, but remembering who you truly are.
In my Soulful Sanctuary online community there is a guided meditation audio library.
Each month we work on a theme that we vote on and a new one goes in.
