We’ve got a heap thanks to one of our customers, Britt, who dropped off a box of absolute rompers today!

She messaged us out of the blue asking if we’d be interested in having them because she remembered us giving away free oranges a little while ago. Of course we said absolutely! The community would love them..

Then bang… 20 minutes later she’s at the shop dropping off a whole box full 😂

Shout out to Britt for dropping them off and Britt’s friend who grew them! We already gave a few away this afternoon, so we might be able to take a few more off your hands 😆

Britt also gave me an idea..

If anyone else grows their own fruit, veggies or produce and ever ends up with more than you can use, instead of letting it go to waste, bring it into the shop and we’ll give it away to our community.

Proper old school community vibes 🤝

She’s leaving us 😢

But not forever!

This Friday is Aleisha’s last day in-store before heading off on maternity leave.

So if you want to pop in to say goodbye or see Leish before she leaves us (how dare she 😆), then Friday is your last chance.

If you’re currently working with Aleisha, her final consult day is the 11th of September. She’ll then be taking a break from consulting and returning in December with limited capacity.

So if you need to see Leish before she takes some well-earned time away, make sure you book your consult ASAP as there are only limited appointments remaining.

We’ll see her smiling face back in-store early next year, but until then we’re wishing Leish and her family all the best as they head into such a special time together.

Enjoy every minute, Leish! 💙

With Aleisha heading off on maternity leave soon, we’re looking for a naturopath to join our team and take over her Wednesday + Friday days in-store.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely aligns with the way we do things at Nourish. Someone who values practical, personalised care, enjoys being part of a close-knit team and is comfortable working in a busy health retail environment, helping customers with product advice and preparing personalised herbal tinctures when required.

The role will initially be 2 days per week at our Wallsend store, with the potential for ongoing work beyond Aleisha’s maternity leave.

I was going to post this on my personal account, but after speaking with customers in-store today about our trip, it seems like everyone has been to Bali 😂

So if you have, you’ll probably relate to your algorithm absolutely smashing you with Bali influencer videos while you’re there… so I thought I’d give one a crack.

Casey and I needed a little time out after a relentless year so far, so we spontaneously booked a 10-day hit and run to Bali 🌴

Here’s what I took with me in terms of supps and Bali essentials.

I’m spewing because I forgot my creatine, so you won’t see it featured this trip 😅 I usually take creatine chewables when I travel because they’re easier to knock down on the go instead of lugging around a tub of powder.

I also had a few extra supplements with me for a skin protocol I’m currently running, but they’re pretty niche so I didn’t bother including them.

And I somehow missed getting a photo of the herbal cold & flu tablets I always pack as a backup in case I get sick 🤦‍♂️

Other than that, this is basically my go-to stack whenever I travel.

The never ending battle of stock management 😅

Our raw milk is one of the trickiest products to manage. If we order too much, we risk it going out of date. But if we don’t order enough, we risk selling out before the next delivery arrives… and then we end up with some not so happy customers on our hands!

If you’re another retail store, ya know.. 😆

Nah, in all seriousness, we’re lucky to have such an understanding community when it comes to our milk stock. But the pressure to make sure it’s always there for you guys is definitely real!

If only we could time it like this every week🥛
