There is something very wonderful & renewing when you can COMPLETELY opt in to giving yourself the permission to totally strip back each part of you. Whats your blocks, why you have them, where do they stem from, are you willing to drive deeper into vulnerable spaces to express how you feel, then alow yourself the ability to forgive yourself, others &/or who you think is the reason behind your pain..
Im a big lover or energy, chakras & learning ALL there is to know about being the best version of you.
Our passion for health & wellness in abundance at its highest level is our mission.
Now having the tools & knowledge from Mr Quantum Dr Espen we are ready for the excitement to come & are extremely grateful for the experience.. & the tough emotional parts 🤔 Now feeling the joyfulness, gratitude lightness & in the flow on so many levels..

Last night was our very first collaboration event "Awaken The Senses" with the amazingly talented angelic soul 🥰🙏🥰
Coming together to intwine our passion of Presence & Stillness in supporting others to Ground then Uplift with energetic flow through the senses of Touch, Taste, Smell, Sight & Sound! Wow.. What a magical experience our evening was. Drawing from all knowledge & wisdom of guidance through being still in the moment, guided meditation & bringing like minded souls together in a dream like space. We are beyond grateful.
With grace & gratitude we thank our attendees for leaning & opting in. To say yes to take the time for us.. Honouring their self care & giving back to us an overwhelming sense of complete wholeness.. We have a very full cup of love & we thank you for that 🥰🙏🥰

We have become qualified Reiki Practitioners and are beyond grateful to be able to enjoy & offer this powerful experience together..

Together we will be offering a couple/duo session with the Aroma Dudes or single sessions with Glenjiman.
We use pure essential oils to support your experience, finishing your treatment with Crystal Sound Singing Bowl. 
All treatments are 60 mins, in our home or mobile service 

Book in with us & experience the power & universal life force energy of Reiki & it's potential to help clear energetic blockages & create flow through your body on 4 levels being; physical, mental, emotional & spiritual. 

The experience of Reiki can be varied. 
We have at times felt like we are blissed out, in a deep meditation, felt wonderful and at peace, relaxed & radiant afterwards. 
Enjoying the benefits of regular Reiki treatments we've felt more centred, in the flow, stronger and confident.
