Seven years ago, we opened our doors with one goal in mind — to make every person we support feel truly seen, valued, and empowered. 💙✨

Since 2019, we've built a dedicated support team, walked alongside families across Newcastle, and supported over 100 NDIS and Aged Care participants across New South Wales. Behind every number is a person, a family, and a life we're grateful to be part of. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💗

We're excited to share our brand new Individualised Living Option (ILO) apartments, located at 12 Munibung Road, Cardiff. This purpose-built complex has been thoughtfully designed to support flexible, participant-led living within a welcoming and inclusive community — and vacancies are available right now!

Here's what you can look forward to:

✨ 22 modern, purpose-built studio apartments
✨ 2 fully accessible ground-floor units for participants with high physical support needs
✨ Shared communal spaces designed to encourage real social connection
✨ Overnight staff onsite for safety and peace of mind
✨ Fortnightly optional resident gatherings coordinated by the Team Leader
✨ Flexible drop-in and ILO support arrangements tailored to your goals
✨ Integrated community living — open to both NDIS participants and community members

💰 Rent: $385 per week
Includes: Water, gas, internet, and property maintenance (cleaning, waste removal, lawns and more)
Electricity and groceries are at own expense

We are overwhelmed with gratitude for this beautiful farewell message for Grace from the Anderson family. 💙

"When I told the daycare that Grace would no longer be the boys' speech therapist, they immediately commented that she was one of the best speech therapists to ever walk through their centre doors."

Grace, one of our incredible Speech Therapists at Sublime Care, worked with twins Kai and Nate — and the impact she made on them, their family, and their entire daycare speaks volumes about the kind of therapist and person she is.

Her approach was thoughtful, inclusive, and deeply human. She built real connections, communicated openly with educators, and made every session count.

We are so proud to have had Grace on our team, and we wish her all the very best in her next chapter. 💙

Tea, treats, and the best people around. What more could you ask for? 🤗❤️

We hosted our very first Biggest Morning Tea last week and honestly, we are still smiling about it. The table was full, the energy was electric, and the sense of community in that room was something truly special. ☕🍰

More than just a morning tea, it was a moment that reminded us why community matters and how much joy can be found when we all come together for something bigger than ourselves. To everyone who showed up, baked up, and gave generously — you made this morning unforgettable. ⛅💙
