This is truly amazing stuff. This new procedure allows cardiologists to drill through plaques to restore blood flow through the heart. It's been around for a few years now but it's the first time it's been done on the central coast. Well done Dr Spina and the team at Gosford Private

I’ll be completely honest…I was not always an easy kid to raise 😬

I was naughty, rude, my grades weren’t good. In year 1 even my school almost gave up hope. I was in the bottom class for everything. My teachers were at their wits end

But my Mum never stopped pushing me to do better. It’s difficult to talk about Mum without talking about Dad because they are always such a good team but since it’s Mothers Day the spotlight should be on her 😃

From helping me do my homework to waking up at 6:30am on Saturday to drive me around to games against Knox or Waverley (which she HATED doing)…Mum did what needed to be done to push me to be a better person

Mum could have been a CEO but did the most important job of all…being a Mum

My teacher in year 1 was a substitute teacher for one day for
my year 12 maths class. I got into the top maths class by year 12. That didn’t happen by accident but by persistent parenting. She remembered me
and was quietly impressed 😃

One third of all my staff are working Mums. Their jobs are important but I tell them all their job as a Mum is the most important job of all. Girls thanks for the hard work you do and all the juggling around you do to fit in home, work and the crazines of raising kids all into one day
