I shed the shell that kept me small, and step into wider breath.
Ancient stone remembers me, layer by patient layer.
The tides of time loosen what no longer belongs.
I rise from the old strata, softened and unburdened.
And in the meeting place of open hearts, I am recognised.
The energy lifts me — and I become the self I am ready to share.
