Horses $80 - 45 mins (cost inclusive of travel to local areas)

Session lengths can vary depending on the Bowen procedures required. Generally

only a few sessions are needed, ideally 1 week apart to best assist in correcting the presenting problem. There are frequent, but very essential pauses throughout the session that allows the body time to respond and begin the healing process. Bowen is a gentle form of bodywork which assists the body to relax and bring back to a balanced way of wellbeing. Bowen addresses not only the musculoskeletal framework, but also the fascia, nerves and internal organs. The body's integrated response may also help to improve circulation and lymphatic drainage. Just to name a few, the Bowen technique should be considered for:

Back pain and sciatica
Digestive and bowel problems
Headaches and migraines
Chronic fatigue syndrome
Knee, ankle and foot problems
Menstrual & hormonal irregularities
Neck/shoulder problems

Don't like the thought of removing your clothes?

Bowen Therapy can be done through light, loose clothing.

The gentle nature of Bowen Therapy means that direct skin contact is not always necessary for it to be effective.

We are trained to work with clients who are fully clothed, making it a comfortable and convenient option for those who prefer to remain dressed during the session.
