➡️ Keep simple whole-food staples readily available so convenience does not always lead to packaged options.

➡️ Build meals around foods that spoil. Fresh foods generally support health in ways highly engineered foods do not.

➡️ When reading labels, shorter ingredient lists are often a better sign than marketing claims on the front of the package.

The goal is to create a daily environment that better supports long-term brain health.
