I’ve worked in the NDIS industry since it rolled out and have worked with a large number of Plan Managers across Australia. In an industry as complex as the NDIS, mistakes can occasionally happen, and recently we identified an overclaim resulting from incorrectly communicated funding information.
What really stood out was how Pacific Plan Managers handled it. Rather than pointing fingers or making assumptions, Danyiell and the wider team worked alongside us to understand what had happened and find a solution. They were incredibly responsive, collaborative and genuinely went above and beyond to resolve what was a complex issue.
Having worked with so many Plan Managers, this level of collaboration is honestly refreshing. Too often, there can be blame and distrust when something goes wrong. Pacific Plan took the opposite approach and focused on getting the right outcome for the customer.
At the end of the day, that’s what the NDIS should be about. Providers and Plan Managers working together, with the customer of these services ultimately benefiting.
