Gerard is flying the flag for Pacific Plan Management at today's able.plus event in Canberra!

It's been a great morning connecting with participants, families, support coordinators and providers, and chatting about how we can help make NDIS Plan Management simple and stress-free.

With Game 2 of State of Origin kicking off tonight, Gerard also made sure to bring along his NSW Blues flag and proudly show where his support lies! 💙

We'll be back on the road tomorrow for the very first Able Plus Kiama event and can't wait to connect with even more people from the local community.

Who's taking out Game 2 tonight?

Mental Health Activity – Reformer Pilates 🧘‍♀️

We thought we were signing up for an (easy) Pilates session… Pilates had other ideas. 😂

Last week, the team gave Reformer Pilates a try and quickly discovered that balance, flexibility, and core strength are not as easy as they look. There were shaky legs, questionable coordination, and a few moments where we wondered if we'd ever walk normally again!

Several days later, we're still feeling muscles we forgot we had, but it was all worth it. We had a great time, plenty of laughs, and enjoyed stepping away from our desks to do something positive for our physical and mental wellbeing.

We hope you have a great weekend! 🔆The team will be back in the office on Tuesday morning.

There can sometimes be misconceptions around Plan Managers and how they are paid through the NDIS, so let’s clear a few things up.

Plan Managers do not “hold onto” participant funding or make money from unused budgets. Your funding remains within your NDIS plan at all times.

The NDIS sets a fixed national rate for Plan Management services, meaning every registered Plan Manager is paid the same amount — currently $104.45 per participant, per month. This funding is separate from a participant’s other supports and does not reduce funding for therapies or support services.

Behind the scenes, Plan Managers do much more than just pay invoices. From provider payments and budget tracking to phone support, problem solving and navigating the NDIS, there is a lot involved in helping participants manage their plans successfully.

At Pacific Plan Management, we pride ourselves on going above and beyond for our participants because good Plan Management is about more than paperwork — it’s about support, communication and peace of mind.
