The Art of the Alchemist through Art therapy-

We at times, place ourselves in situations which would be considered peaceful and nurturing with the intention to help others.

We observe our environment as it presents itself, be it a conscious marketed strategy, a undeveloped practice/service due to inadequate capacity available or unsustainable illusions, questionable practices being run instead of the service that was offered.

When problems are noted, We decide on a resolution to address situations based on what is best for all involved using our discernment and respect the right that others have free will.
You can only take action that is within our control and remove ourselves if others choose to continue in a manner that conflicts with your values.

We don’t need to over explain, we can and should walk away and hold faith that there is a higher authority that will prevail.

However when you are then dragged back to a situation because your silent absence provided opportunities for them to continue to harm others under the perception that your absence meant no accountability- it can be a shock to note how people manipulate, lie and attack with increasing confidence of avoided consequences.

In most cases you should advise the victim to hold their head high and walk away also.
This particular situation however involves a large group of individuals acting in dishonourable manner, creating harm consciously and collectively supporting each other in harming innocent people, this now witnessed in group settings and individual service practices.

This group have all consciously chosen to ignore common sense and standards of decency under the misguided illusion that the process protects them from karma and places it on the ill informed client.

Yes sometimes when you are dragged back you need to take a little more of a louder stand against the situation, then, once more, turn around and walk away holding faith that the process then included perhaps a little more clarity for all willing participants or unsuspecting participants.

These situations are emotional and shocking which cause your nervous system to engage to protect you from the unfairness and inaccuracy of people’s chosen narratives.
Overwhelming emotions is an inevitable consequence of this kind of behaviour and the secondary effect is your prefrontal cortex switches of while your nervous system engages from hightened emotional triggers.. so your left trying to calm emotions in the environment of the people who deliberately triggered that reaction with lies, so they can double down on gaslighting you in your emotionally triggered state and project innocence publicly without admitting they consciously created the attack to deflect attention from being exposed for the larger practises that had now been caught out n questioned.

The beauty of art therapy and all therapy in general is this… its a safe space to regulate the emotions so your prefrontal cortex- your rational part of the brain can reengage after being switched of theough shocking emotional attacks.

Despite what others do, you have the power to walk away and reflect once your emotions have been calmed.

Unfortunately actions taken whilst emotionally triggered can leave others viewing you in an alternate perspective- hence why people cause shock to emotionally engage people as it makes them more vulnerable to abuse and manipulate. And general public then assume a discredit of you. This often results in the person taking an stance against the questionable practices performed to feel embarrassed, fearing public humiliation and oberall judgement from others that choose to capture the moment and weaponise a narrative that may work for them in the future if more people continue to consume narratives and not question them, all this effort processing the situation can be to overwhelming to consider let alone combat.

People rarely invest in questioning situations that don’t involve them which makes the smoke screen more consumable- but people also rarely invest in questioning situations that do involve them but are new and they trust the people who run the centre which provides the service to be honourable and knowledgeable.. hmmm big problem when the perpetrators are the service providers and owners of centres that market themselves as honest caring and nurturing people.

Use your discernment people. Because if you don’t, people will sell you a whole bunch of illusions that can have devastating effects and consequences.

Fore site is awesome you can prepare and walk away, however the lengths some people go to to pull you back can be the emotional shock that you then have to regulate yourself-but like a fu***ng legend we do.

Life will happen even when you do the very best you can to chose to guide people and ultimately walk away to care for yourself.

If they can’t control you they will
Control how people view you, yep in live motion I just showed you how that shocking behaviour by spiritual gurus who are financially misleading communities can and will impact you by shock as that is certainly not what anyone would expect in this setting but here we are.

Enough was shown publicly by the perpetrators that enables the community at least a pointbof referance and a chance to pause and question their opinions.

Now I will continue to walk away as I had previously done so last week, without any further explanation, focusing or energy invested into the situation.

The beauty of art therapy provides time to safely return to calm states of rational processes and reflection. Remembering just because you invested time any effort into a project- if you find the situation is not right or even unhelpful to even spend time focusing on it - then stop, right where you are in that moment and invest in your kind heart, good nature and admirable ability to be compassionate, understanding and willing to invest in your own personal development while we make sure there is harmony to none- if saving others causes you harm indirectly, then maybe your approach was what needed to change in the resolution dynamics.
We live and learn, don’t ever be afraid of being yourself out of fear from judgement of others.
Some are invested in making you appear a certain way to avoid accountability, but when we dance in public we are all on display.

Free will doesn’t mean free of consequences of choices.

Invest in yourself and never continue investing in a project that isn’t in your best interest based on your integrity, virtues and goals.

So here’s to walking away from unfinished projects, places, people or relationships personal or professional. or even art therapy projects you subsequently out grew before its completion xx 😘

Trust the process. Back yourself everytime!

Normalising the process of emotional regulation through art therapy modality gives you moments and stages to express, create pause and reflect during the entire process, there is no rush and often it’s best that you don’t as you may miss an opportunity of alternative perspectives.

So, while the paint dries I’m off to the shops to get my girls pancakes apparently, let’s see if I can make it home without the “retail therapy” coz you know,!ya don’t want to over do it with too many therapeutic services at once 😂

Aww now that’s a far more familiar place to operate from.. at times we are called to stand one way or another in a situation. It’s a stance not a relocation, I’m always grateful when I settle the emotions as swiftly as possible.
