Life is made up of billions of microments all fusing together to create experiences. ⭐️

I feel like the luckiest girl on the planet to have just experienced a second world championship, surrounded by so many people that inspire me. 🧡

Every single dive an opportunity to experience, explore and grow.  Freediving is ALWAYS my biggest teacher. 👨‍🏫

Super stoked to be leaving this competition with amazing new friends, 3 white cards, 2 x continental records and a whole lot more experience. 🏆

So grateful (and inspired) by my Aussie Team.  Who lifted me the whole way.  These boys are like brothers and I could not imagine doing this without you .freediver🇦🇺🧡⭐️

Wrapping up the end of the World Apnea Budapest 2026 and my heart is so full of gratitude.

What people see on the outside, on the comp stage is one performance. What isn't seen is the kilometres over kilometres swam in the pool, the frustrations, the joy, the tears and the pure determination that goes on in the background.

Competitions to me are like festivals! An opportunity to celebrate all of the work that you put in and share that experience with people that inspire me.✨️

To me, its not about the performance in comp, but about every single moment that leads up this and the person I have become through the training. 🌟

Coming home with 2 x National and Continental Records really feels surreal.

Freediving may look like a solo sport, but its absolutely impossible to do without the support of a solid team.

From the bottom of heart thank you to the most amazing coach, who is always inviting me to bring the best version of myself to the table. .freediving . You inspire me so much.🌟

What an incredible weekend 🎉⭐️

Freediving is always my biggest teacher, and I learned sooooooo much about myself throughout this competition. 🦋

An absolute honour to be surrounded by an entire pool of incredible athletes, finding their edges and celebrating the s$ out each other.

Comps, to me are an opportunity to celebrate all the work that you have put in through training. A festival! This one filled with all the people I love. Persistence, dedication, commitment.....and patience.

A huge shout out to my amazing training partner who ALWAYS knows the right thing to say and who brings the vibes, no matter the conditions.
