We're Hiring! | Disability Support Worker at Coast Care!💙

Coast Care Inclusive Support Services is looking for a reliable, compassionate and motivated Disability Support Worker to join our team on the Central Coast!

We're seeking someone who is confident, proactive and genuinely passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.

About the Role:
You'll be providing person centred support to NDIS participants across community access, in home support and supported independent living (SIL).

Availability:
- Thursday availability is essential.
- Open to working inactive overnight (sleepover) shifts.
- Flexibility across other days is highly regarded.

Essential Requirements:
All applicants must already hold the following:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (where applicable)
- Completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Full working rights in Australia

Experience & Qualities:
Previous experience in disability support, aged care, mental health or a similar care-focused role is highly regarded.

Today, the Coast Care team joined the Huntington’s Australia Walk 4 Hope at Speers Point! 🚶‍♀️💙

The morning brought the community together for a walk around the lake, raising awareness and much needed funds for people living with Huntington’s disease.

It was great to see such a strong sense of community and the support that surrounds those affected by Huntington’s disease. We’re so grateful to have been part of such a meaningful event! 💙

Last weekend we were so proud to sponsor the Hot Girl Walk with Girls Who Gather 🩵

Girls Who Gather is all about bringing women across the Central Coast together to connect, socialise and most importantly, feel welcome. These are values that align so closely with what we believe in at Coast Care.

What made the day even more special was seeing some of our own Coast Care team there too. Knowing that some of our female staff are getting out into the community, supporting one another and making connections is truely amazing to see they’re supporting themselves while they’re usually busy supporting others!

We’re proud to support initiatives that create connection, build community and make sure everyone feels like they belong.

As our Coast Care community continues to grow, we’re looking for some wonderful new Support Workers to join our team! 🩵

We’re currently looking for casual Disability Support Workers for approximately 20–35 hours per week across the Central Coast.

We’d love to hear from people who are caring, reliable and genuinely passionate about making a difference in the lives of the people we support.

We’re looking for someone that has:

• All required NDIS clearances and compliance documents
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Flexible availability
• Mental health experience or training is highly
regarded, but not essential

Most importantly, we’re looking for people who will fit into the Coast Care family and share our values of providing genuine, person centred support. 💙
