Coast Care Inclusive Support Services We ensure we work with you to meet your individual needs, providing support for those with a disability throughout the Central Coast of NSW.

Coast Care is a boutique disability support service on the Central Coast, providing personalised care and tailored support plans to help individuals and families live with confidence and independence. Our services include Respite, Personal Activities, Support Coordination, Household tasks, Community participation, Support Independent living, Assisted daily living, Life skills.

As our Coast Care community continues to grow, we’re looking for some wonderful new Support Workers to join our team! 🩵

We’re currently looking for casual Disability Support Workers for approximately 20–35 hours per week across the Central Coast.

We’d love to hear from people who are caring, reliable and genuinely passionate about making a difference in the lives of the people we support.

We’re looking for someone that has:

• All required NDIS clearances and compliance documents
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Flexible availability
• Mental health experience or training is highly
regarded, but not essential

Most importantly, we’re looking for people who will fit into the Coast Care family and share our values of providing genuine, person centred support. 💙

Some days, we stop and reflect on just how lucky we are.

To be trusted with such an important part of someone’s life is something we’ll never take for granted. Every smile, every laugh, every new friendship, every goal achieved, and every memory made is a reminder of why Coast Care exists and what we work so hard to achieve.

Our vision has always been simple, to provide support that is genuinely person centred. Not just filling hours, but filling them with a purpose. Taking the time to get to know each participant, understand what makes them happy, understanding their goals, and creating opportunities for them to experience more of what they love.

There is nothing more rewarding than seeing our participants out in the community, building confidence, trying new things, sharing moments with one another, and simply enjoying life. Those are the moments that mean the most to us.

To our incredible participants, your families and guardians who place your trust in us, and our amazing support workers who bring compassion and care into every single day, thank you. You are the heart of Coast Care, and we are so grateful to share these moments with you.
