IMPORTANT INFO
To my beautiful Community ❤️❤️❤️
A few months ago, I began my Chanting & Mantra Facilitation training with Moksha Yoga , believing I was simply there to deepen my understanding of Sanskrit mantra and to expand my capacity to hold space for others in facilitating chanting groups and also in my own daily chanting practice
What I didn't realise was that the course would ask me to hold space for myself, too.
This journey became so much more than learning sacred sounds and ancient wisdom. It became an invitation to meet myself in some of the deepest, most challenging places. Growth isn't always beautiful in the way we imagine. Sometimes it looks like endings, uncertainty, uncomfortable truths, and a profound unraveling before something new can emerge.
Over these past months, I have walked through some of the greatest challenges, transitions, and inner shifts I have experienced in a long time. It has also meant stepping back from my offerings and being less present in my groups while I gave myself the space to move through what needed to unfold.
Today, I emerge with a deeper sense of authenticity, greater compassion, and a new way of seeing both myself and the world around me. I truly believe that we cannot guide others where we are unwilling to go ourselves, and this journey has deepened my own practice in ways I never expected.
I am incredibly grateful to Moksha Yoga for not only sharing the wisdom of mantra, but for creating a space that invited such profound inner transformation.
With a full heart, I'm honoured to have completed my 30-hour Chanting & Mantra Facilitator Training. This is not the end of the journey—it is the beginning of a deeper one.
As I continue to integrate everything I've learnt, I'll soon be offering small, intimate chanting circles for those who feel called to explore the transformative practice of mantra. Chanting is a sacred and ancient tradition that has the power to quiet the mind, open the heart, and reconnect us with ourselves in a deeply meaningful way.
These gatherings will intentionally be kept to small groups as I continue to grow my confidence in facilitating this beautiful practice. If this is something that speaks to your heart, I'd love for you to keep an eye out over the coming weeks and months. It would be such a privilege to share this journey with you and grow alongside a community that feels called to this sacred work.
In time, I hope to expand these offerings and share them with larger groups, but for now, beginning in a smaller, more intimate setting feels beautifully aligned.
For those wondering about my sound baths, they will be returning in the coming months. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support while I honoured this season of growth and transformation.
Thank you to everyone who has shown me grace during my quiet season. I'm so looking forward to reconnecting, returning to my offerings, and continuing to walk this path with such an incredible community.
With gratitude,
Rhyannan ✨
