All Abilities Gippsland Pty Ltd All Abilities Gippsland provides respite care, day programs, and offers residential care options to people living with disability and their families.

All Abilities Gippsland was founded by sisters Allese Wills and Bianca Mitchell in 2020, with the opening of Lillico House, a residential and respite care home in Warragul. Allese and Bianca grew up around people living with disability, as well as family members who worked in the sector. These early experiences shaped their approach to their work today -- people living with disability should be en

couraged to engage with and make decisions around their own activities and care, to the best of their abilities. They should be treated like people with their own wants, needs, preferences, and joys. At All Abilities Gippsland, we believe in creating a positive environment where we're open to new ideas and new approaches. Our services are client-led, and instead of relying on too much structure or a one-size-fits-all approach, we recognise that everyone has different needs, and different interests. Our service is proudly small, so that all of our clients can receive the care, attention, and engagement they need.

Wondering what we’ve been cooking up on Thursdays? 👩‍🍳🍕🍰

Let’s just say… we’ve been BUSY!

Over the last few cooking challenges, each participant has had the chance to choose one of their favourite foods or suggest something they’d like the group to make.

So far, we’ve whipped up:
🍕 Homemade pizza
🍝 Homemade pasta
🍫 Chocolate cake
🍠 Sweet potato soup
🥖 Focaccia
🥥 Apricot & coconut tart
🥧 Cottage pie
🍎 Apple Pie

Lots of choosing, planning, cooking, learning and, of course… taste testing! 😋

We can’t wait to see what’s on the menu next Thursday! 💜

🎮 Arcade fun from last Friday! 🕹️

There were plenty of smiles, friendly competition and lots of excitement as our participants enjoyed a morning at the arcade. From racing games to claw machines and everything in between, everyone had the chance to have fun, build confidence and enjoy time together in the community.

We’re already looking forward to the next adventure! 💙

We wrapped up our Alphabet Cooking with the letters Y & Z! 💛🦓

The menu featured plenty of yellow foods and some fun zebra-inspired treats to finish off our A–Z cooking adventure. A fantastic way to end a year of trying new recipes, building skills, and having lots of laughs together.
