☀️ FRIDAY FUN CLUB ADVENTURES! ⛳🏓🌿

What a fantastic Friday for our 360 Southwest Friday Fun Club crew! 💚

With some wonderful Come & Try events happening around town today, our crew made the most of the opportunity to get out, get active and try something different!

🏓 We tried our hand at pickleball, putting our coordination and teamwork to the test!

🌿 We enjoyed learning the skills needed for croquet, with plenty of laughs along the way!

⛳ And of course, a little mini golf brought out everyone’s competitive side!

It was a fabulous day filled with new experiences, friendly competition, lots of encouragement and plenty of smiles! 😁

We love seeing our participants step outside their comfort zones, give new activities a go and discover just how much fun being active in our community can be! 💚

Another Friday well spent with a fantastic crew! 🌟

💚 WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY 💚

10 October 2026

Mental health matters. Every person. Every day.

Today is a reminder that we never truly know what someone else may be going through.

Sometimes the strongest thing we can do is ask for help. Sometimes the kindest thing we can do is simply listen.

At 360 Southwest, we believe everyone deserves to feel heard, valued, supported and included.

Whether you’re facing challenges yourself, supporting someone you love, or simply navigating the ups and downs of everyday life, remember that you are not alone.

💚 Check in on those around you.
💚 Be kind , everyone has a story.
💚 Make time for your own wellbeing.
💚 Remember that asking for support is a sign of strength.

💚October is Mental Health Month 💚

As Mental Health Month begins, 360 Southwest is proud to recognise the importance of mental health and wellbeing ,for the people we support, their families and carers, our staff, and our wider Southwest community.

Every day, we see the difference that connection, inclusion, purpose and having the right support around you can make.

Mental health challenges don’t discriminate, and you never really know what someone else may be carrying. A conversation, a coffee, getting out into the community, checking in with a friend or neighbour or simply taking the time to listen can mean more than we realise.

Here in Warrnambool and across Southwest Victoria, we’re fortunate to have a community that looks out for one another. This October, let’s keep building on that.

Check in. Stay connected. Be kind. Ask for help when you need it , and make space for others to do the same. 💚

At 360 Southwest, supporting people to live connected, meaningful lives in their community is at the heart of what we do.

Mental health matters. Connection matters.

🌱⚡ Community Inclusion – Hydrogen Hub Tour! ⚡🌱

This week, our Community Inclusion group had the fantastic opportunity to visit the Hydrogen Hub at Deakin University’s Warrnambool Campus for a guided tour.

Our participants were able to learn about hydrogen technology, see how it is being researched and tested, and hear about the role our local region is playing in Australia’s transition towards cleaner energy. 🌏💚

It was a really interesting and different experience for the group, with plenty to see, learn and talk about!

A big thank you to the team at the Hydrogen Hub for welcoming us and taking the time to share their knowledge with our participants. 🙌

Another great day of getting out into our community, learning something new and experiencing what our region has to offer! 💙💚
