Hey guys, happy Friday night! 😊
I’m currently sitting on the couch watching Netflix and thought I’d get tonights dinner sorted while I’m here. 😂
This is one of my favourite lazy dinners. Just throw some chicken, coconut milk, peanut butter, tamari, garlic, ginger and curry powder into the slow cooker and you’re done.
Takes about 5 minutes, I pretty much just threw it all in the pressure cooker and it only takes about 45 -55 minutes to get a nice warm healthy and hearty meal.
Healthy, high in protein, gluten-free and dairy-free too.
