🌴 Meet our good mate... PUD! 🚤🦀🐟

If you've been around Valley Helping Hands Support Services, chances are you've heard us talk about Pud! He's a much-loved member of the VHH family, and visiting his little slice of paradise in remote Northern Territory is always a highlight 🐊

Recently, Pud found himself in a bit of a pickle after a small mishap with his boat. One quick call to the office and... Valley to the rescue! 💙

Now before anyone asks... no, boat rescues aren't part of our everyday support services! 😄 But making sure our clients are safe and lending a helping hand when the unexpected happens is simply part of who we are 🥰

Pud is also famous for spoiling our team with fresh caught mud crabs 🦀 and beautiful fresh fish 🎣, so it's fair to say nobody complains about making the huge weekly trek out! 🛻

Thanks for always making our team feel so welcome, Pud. We love your stories, your generosity, and every adventure that comes with visiting you.

You're an absolute legend, mate! ❤️

💨 Due to the forecast of very strong winds, we've made the difficult decision to postpone our Valley Helping Hands Support Services Fun Fair until September (new date to be announced). Our amazing stall holders have worked so hard preparing their beautiful products, and we don't want to risk them being damaged or blown away. Our raffle will still be drawn this Saturday at 4:00pm, with all winners announced on our page. Thank you for your understanding—we can't wait to see you all in September! 💙🩷

Just a quick update...

💖 There will be NO Craft Group tomorrow as Team Valley will be busy buzzing around getting everything ready for our VHH Fun Fair this Saturday! 🎉

If you're involved in the Fun Fair and have a spare hour or two, we'd absolutely love an extra pair of hands, so feel free to pop on down! 💪💕

🍿🍭 We've also been informed that we may just have to test the popcorn machine and fairy floss machine tomorrow...

You know... strict quality control! 😉😂 Someone has to make sure they're working properly!

We can't wait to see everyone on Saturday for a morning of fun, food and community! 💙🩷🎈

Our Valley Helping Hands Support Services Fun Fair is THIS SATURDAY, and we’re getting so excited! 💙💗

We’re still looking for a few more stall holders and volunteers to join us from 10:00am–1:00pm. If you’d love to be part of a fun community day, we’d love to hear from you!

🍰 Bake Sale Donations
A huge thank you to everyone who is baking for us! If you’re kindly donating goodies, could you please:
🧁 Clearly label each item with its ingredients (to help those with allergies).
🧁 Drop your baked goodies to us by 9:00am on Saturday so we have time to set everything up.

Come along for a fun day out at the Valley Helping Hands Community Markets!

🍿 Tasty Treats
🎉 Plus plenty more fun for everyone!

If you’d like to donate cakes, slices, biscuits, muffins or any homemade goodies for our bake stall, we’d be so grateful for your support!!!

Funds raised will help support a local charity and our Valley Helping Hands Community Club, funding outings, activities and supplies for our participants.
