The rising cost of living can really take a toll on our mental health. For many young people, challenges around money can bring about feelings of stress, exhaustion and vulnerability.

If you know a young person who needs some support, they can join our next group chat with other young people and headspace mental health clinicians. We’ll be discussing ways to manage the emotional impacts of the cost of living and where young people can go for mental health support.

We are helping young people and their parents/carers of the Southern Downs forge stronger connections with each other through a program aimed at educating parents & carers with practical ways to improve their own and their young person’s wellbeing. This exciting new initiative is being funded by the Queensland Government through the Community
