We have made a little update of our waiver all to give you the best experience in our sacred space ✌️❤️🧘♀️
For all classes, you can book or cancel your booking up to 3 hours prior your class it is your responsibility to do so. If you cancel less than 3 hours prior to the scheduled start time for the class, you will be charged for the class at full rate. Pre-paid classes and gift vouchers are non refundable and will expire in 4 months. We do not give credits or refunds, it is up to you to make cancelations within the time frame givin. We ask you to please arrive 5 minutes before the commencement of classes, so we can check you in and have you settle, in your space.
No photos or videos, Phones off, quiet space.
Please inform us of injuries, special needs or requirements before class.
Studio opens 10 minutes before classes, once class starts classes they are not to be interrupted if you are late it’s not fair on other students to have your interruption.
We ask for shoes to be removed before entering the studio space and grippy socks on.
Please respect this space, teachers & students.
No physical contact other than your choice of hands on adjustments for class, and a nurturing savasana with the use of essential oils.
Passes can not be shared, one pass per person, one account profile per person.
All class Passes, are valid in limited time givin extensions $10 for each week that it is extended for.
In CONSIDERATION of ESSENCE OF MY HEART PILATES Barre & YOGA STUDIO (‘the recreational Activity provider”) agreeing to provide me with instruction in the practice of yoga and/or Pilates (and to extent that the same is not precluded by statute) I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO RELEASE AND INDEMNIFY the recreational activity provider as follows:
1. I participate in the activity at my own risk and responsibility.
2. I release, indemnify and hold harmless the recreational activity provider, its servants and agents from against all actions or claims that might otherwise be made by me or on my behalf by other parties in respect of or occurring from any injury, loss, damage or death negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever or any liability that results from the breach of an express or implied warranty that the recreational services or activity will be rendered with reasonable care or skill.
3. In event that I am injured or my property is damaged, I will bring no claim, legal or otherwise, against the Recreational Activity Provider in respect of injury or damage.
