💫 With almost 100 days to go until our conference, we are pleased to announce that we have more than 20 guest speakers, including internationally renowned equine-assisted mental health professionals, joining us.
Our current line-up includes Dean Mighell from The Path of the Horse, Jenn Pagone creator of the IFS with Equine Engagement Facilitation Model called Equid-Nexus® and Peta Lowe an Equine-Assisted Social Worker who is also known for her expertise in countering violent extremism.
🌏 Author and producer of The Horse Boy Rupert Isaacson will also make a Zoom appearance, while Ilka Parent, a world leader in implementing Equine Assisted Psychotherapy as a treatment modality for Armed Forces personnel, will join via Zoom for live Q&A and a panel discussion on Working with Veterans.
🫶Of course there will be our very own Director and Founder Jane Faulkner, who will also be joined by EATA's trainer and assessor in NSW Camilla Mowbray. They will each bring a great insight into the equine-assisted therapy industry.
Through presentations, experiential workshops and collaborative discussions, the event aims to foster meaningful learning that attendees can apply to their own practice.
🧠 The conference is open to experienced mental health practitioners seeking Ongoing Professional Development (12 OPD points for eligible attendees) as well as anyone else who may be interested in the equine-assisted mental health industry.
