From 1st October 2026, changes to card payment surcharges will come into effect across Australia.

This means businesses will no longer be able to pass on card processing fees as a separate surcharge.

Like many small businesses, we’ve had these processing fees as a separate cost when clients choose to pay by card.

With this change, these costs will now need to be included within our pricing.

So from October 1st the majority of our treatments and products will have a slight price increase.

Cardless payments will be available at our clinic at a discounted rate.

We’re so grateful for every person who chooses to support our business.

These changes are something we’ve had to adapt to, and we appreciate your understanding as we continue to provide the quality and service you know us for.

Please note that we will honour the treatment price at the time of booking any appointments placed before October 1st.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make these changes on all platforms later this week.

I’m not the skin specialist for everyone - and honestly, that’s okay.

I’m here for the person who wants to understand their skin, have realistic expectations, and work towards long-term results rather than looking for a quick fix.

That means I’ll be honest with you, even when it’s not necessarily what you want to hear.

It means I’ll tell you when I think a treatment isn’t right for you.

It means won’t promise you perfect skin or overnight results - I’ll promise you realistic expectations, honest advice and a plan that makes sense for your skin.

It means I’ll recommend professional skincare when I believe it’s genuinely going to make a difference - not because I’m trying to sell you something.

And most importantly, it means we work together.
Because your skin journey doesn’t begin and end when you leave the clinic. The treatments I provide are one part of the process, and what you do at home plays a huge role in the results we can achieve.

I care far more about doing what’s right for your skin than doing what’s easiest, trendiest or most profitable.
