With one week left until Sydney Marathon, I wanted to take you through my current training load.
My next A race is a 50km ultramarathon in October, so Sydney marathon is going to be treated as a training session more so than a race, especially given it’s only been 7 or so weeks since Gold Coast marathon.

What is a shoe rocker and when would we use one?
The new Brooks Ghost Max 4 is an example of a shoe with a prominent rocker. There are many reasons we may recommend a shoe like this, but the most common reason would be a painful arthritic toe, that needs a bit of assistance with the propulsive phase of walking
