This was my go-to today.. had a brilliant walk around the lake this morning, happily drove home after the post run 🏃‍♀️, went to the loo.. and then🌪 bam , my sciatic nerve decided today was the day to wreak havoc !! 🤭🫶💜

The Wrap-Around Heatpack is the perfect solution to those needing pain relief whilst on the go, allowing you to have a hands-free approach to your pain relief needs.

The 4 included straps (64 cms each) are 100% Cotton Drill and as such are completely safe to be heated in the microwave (unlike Velcro or Elastic which are flammable plastics)

Sewn into 3 sections. Great for Hot/Cold use. Filled with 1.3kg of Organically Grown Australian Wheat or Lupins.

Comfortable fit for upto a Size 16-18 woman/man.. can definitely custom make for larger customers if required.
