Confession time... 🙋‍♀️

Three months before my wedding was not when I planned to impair my skin barrier 😅

But this experience has been such a powerful reminder that healthy skin isn’t about perfection.

It’s about understanding your skin, recognising its triggers and supporting it with where it’s at.

For me, that looked like slowing down, simplifying my routine, reducing inflammation and focusing on repair instead of results.
