Hi, I’m Alanna Silato, founder of Restore and Rebalance. I am a practitioner in Kinesiology, Access Consciousness, Reiki, Chakra balancing and RTT hypnotherapy. My own life-changing experience with Kinesiology over 10 years ago inspired me to help others find balance and reconnect with themselves. I support people who are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, stuck, or disco

Using energy healing, I help uncover and release the underlying stress and energetic imbalances that may be contributing to these challenges, creating space for greater calm, clarity, balance, and vitality.
