Introducing Chrissie.

Chrissie represents her Arts Therapy practice within the Wyndham BizNet community, providing trauma informed, neuroaffirming support through creative and therapeutic approaches to wellbeing.

With more than 20 years of experience across the community services and training sectors, Chrissie combines arts therapy with counselling skills and CBT informed approaches to support individuals and groups in a safe, inclusive and respectful environment. She is particularly passionate about supporting women experiencing burnout, neurodivergent individuals, and those navigating systemic stress and exclusion.

Offering individual and group sessions in Point Cook, across Melbourne and Geelong, and online, Chrissie incorporates a range of approaches including visual arts, movement, mindfulness, meditation, sound, instruments and nature based therapy. She also delivers tailored group programs for organisations and private groups, including wellbeing workshops, creative sessions, team building activities and planning days.

Through a compassionate and creative approach, Chrissie helps people explore challenges, build resilience and support their overall wellbeing.

We don't do programs.

Every woman who walks through my door is different.
Different history. Different body. Different story.

A six-week framework designed for the masses was never designed for you. It was designed for the average woman. And the average woman doesn't exist.
I have never run a program. I never will.
What I do instead is sit with you. Listen to what your body is actually telling us. And build something that is specific to you, on that day, in that season of your life.
Because you are not a category.
You are a person.
And you deserve to be treated like one.
