I have a confession.
I find editing stressful.
There. I said it.
There is something about handing your story over, wondering what someone else will think of it, and then just waiting for it to come back. That quiet uncertainty. That is the part I find hard.
But I am so thankful for Justine Martin, Lynette and the wonderful team at Morpheus Publishing . They make the whole process so much easier, and I trust them completely.
But this weekend, Will and the Secret Strawberry came home.
And this week, it heads off to the typesetter.
That means it is real. It is almost here.
And I remember now why I do this. Not for the easy parts, but for the moment it becomes something a child holds in their hands, and a story grows in their heart.
Less screen time, more green time. 🌻
