I am a qualified Health and Wellness Practitioner specialising in Yoga, Counselling, Coaching, Brain Body Medicine and Meditation. I am passionate about helping people to find space to creatively explore their thoughts, feelings and ideas. I have over 30 years of experience working in the helping professions as a Manager, Mentor, Coach and Counsellor. I offer my services to individuals and groups,

who are interested in finding education, skills and tools tailored to their needs. Whether you feel ‘stuck’ or want to overcome hurdles in life, or explore personal and/or professional aspirations. During the school holidays, Lennox Park Yoga 🧘‍♀️ ✨️ in Blaxland will be held on Wednesday's at 9.30am. A casual attendance fee of $10 applies. The 45minute yoga flow and meditation session is available to all attendees.
