I'm currently in Southern Italy preparing to host my international retreats for 2026 and I've been thinking a lot about the way we live at home....We've optimised our sleep, our steps and our mornings.

Now we're optimising our thinking. I teach AI for a living, so take that how you like. But the first thing I say in every workshop is that I'm not here to help you outsource your relationships, your critical thinking or your creativity.

I'm here to help you get back to spending more time on them.

Day one you set Claude up as the operating system for your business. Day two you switch it on. Connectors, workflows, scheduled tasks, your most resented job built and running before you leave.

Two days in a room with your laptop, actually building it for your business.

9:30 coffee, 10:00 start, 4:00 finish, both days. Lunch and coffee sorted. Printed workbook so you’re not scrambling for notes. Small room, so the help is for your business, not a generic example.

If less than 20% of your followers are on your email list, you’re leaking sales every single day 💸

I know, I know. You’ve been told to just keep posting and the sales will come. But here’s the thing no one says out loud: Instagram is rented. Your email list is the one audience no one can take from you. If the algorithm shifted tomorrow, your list would still be right there.

So let’s actually fill it. Three real ways:

1. Create an epic lead magnet. People rarely hand over their email without a clear reason, so give them one. A free, specific resource that solves one problem immediately. A checklist, a template, a mini guide.

2. Optimise your website for opt-ins. Most people send traffic to a site that does nothing to catch it. Exit-intent pop-ups, a dedicated landing page, embedded forms on your key pages. Make joining almost effortless.

3. Start a weekly drop. Make the newsletter itself the reason to subscribe. A weekly send they actually look forward to, not a one-off freebie. Become the thing they don’t want to miss.
Then, when you’re ready, you automate the whole thing so you never miss a single person.
