If you’ve spent money on AI this year and still feel like it’s not really working for you, this one’s for you.

I see so many women doing the same thing right now. Collecting tools. Buying the prompt pack. Signing up for the course with the flashy launch. Then opening it all up, feeling more behind than before, and quietly deciding they’re just “not a tech person.”

You’re not behind. You’ve just been sold more when what you needed was less.

I run three businesses on AI and I promise you, the results didn’t come from having the most tools. They came from setting one up properly and feeding it the thing nobody puts in the sales pitch: my actual business. My offers. My voice. My systems. My strategy.

Because Claude is only as good as what you feed it. And what you feed it is your business. Without that, every tool, prompt and template just makes the wrong stuff faster.

I almost gave up on Claude in week one.

Opened it, asked a few questions, got “fine but generic” replies, and closed the tab. Filed Claude under “another AI tool that’s just okay.”
Then I realised the problem wasn’t Claude. It was me. Claude is only as useful as the context you give it. With no setup, of course it sounds generic.

The shift happens when you stop typing better prompts and start building context.

These are the 10 automations i actually run inside my business. not theoretical. not borrowed from a tech bro’s newsletter. The real scheduled tasks I’ve built for myself across three businesses.

A daily 7am briefing. a lead capture system. a content audit. a Monday WIP. post-meeting notes that write themselves. A monthly COO dashboard so I actually know what my numbers are doing. Together they save me 20+ hours a week. that’s a full part-time job’s worth of time, returned to me, every week.

Last time I shared this skill about carousels I had people telling me….”You can tell Claude made these.”

Yep. And they brought in 10k followers, 2,900 leads and a sold out $30k launch in under a month.
Three quarters of those leads came from carousels just like this one. Built in 3 minutes.

I used to lose 2 hours to design every time I posted. Picking templates. Fixing fonts. Resizing slide 4 because it had broken since last time. By the time it looked right, I’d burned the energy I needed to write anything good.

So I built a skill in Claude…. it’s not about replacing your thinking. It’s about replacing your admin. The stuff that drains you before you’ve even started.

ChatGPT trained us how to use AI. Type a question. Hit enter. Copy the answer. Move on. Quick. Transactional. One-off.

Then we picked up Claude and started doing the same thing. And wondered why it didn’t feel any different.

Claude isn’t built to be used like ChatGPT. It’s built to know you. Your voice, your work, your customers, your offers. Not in one chat. Across every chat.

The difference shows up the moment you stop typing better prompts and start building context.
