Last night’s Reiki Share was all about grounding — creating space to slow down, reconnect and come back to ourselves. 🤍

I loved seeing everyone settle into the evening and take that time for themselves.

Our next Reiki Share is now open for bookings on 8 September, and this time we’ll be exploring Connecting with Animal Wisdom 🐾✨

💗 Thank you to everyone who joined me for yesterday’s Women’s Circle.

It was certainly a very wet afternoon, so I really appreciate everyone who still made the effort to come along. 🌧️

One comment in particular really stayed with me. Someone said that coming along to the circle was their self-care.

And that honestly made me so happy to hear, because that was exactly my intention when I created these events. 💕

Life gets busy, and it’s so easy to put ourselves at the bottom of the list. I wanted to create a space where women could take a couple of hours to slow down, pause, connect, reflect and simply do something for themselves.

So hearing that someone saw the afternoon as their self-care really meant a lot to me. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who came, shared, participated and brought such lovely energy to the afternoon. I’m so grateful you chose to spend part of your Sunday with me. 🌿✨
