How do you actually put Motto on? Easier shown than told — so here's Libby, patched up by her daughter.

The whole ritual:

Cut a piece to fit the spot. Small spot, small piece — one patch goes a long way.
Peel the backing.
Smooth it onto clean, dry skin where it hurts.
That's it. Wear it for up to 7 days — it's water-resistant, so showers are fine.

Two things this video shows without saying:

The side of the neck is a small, awkward spot — so instead of one big patch, it's 2 small pieces cut to fit. Cut-to-size means the patch fits the body, not the other way round.

And some spots are easier with a second pair of hands. Necks, shoulders, the middle of the back — recruit a daughter, a partner, whoever's nearby.

Drug-free, no menthol, no added herbs — its low odour won't announce itself. ARTG-listed (238233).

Motto Rheuma contains latex — not for anyone with a latex allergy. Always read the label and use as directed. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor.

If August feels harder for cycle-related pain than usual, you might find that the season is part of the cause.

Prostaglandins, the compounds that drive menstrual inflammation, are present in the same amounts. But in winter, the body's natural counterweights are weaker: less movement means reduced circulation to moderate inflammatory signals, colder temperatures increase pain sensitivity, and shorter days affect mood and tolerance. It's the same cycle but a more difficult environment. Understanding that means you can address both the cycle and the conditions around it.

Motto Rheuma is designed for targeted, drug-free support during the times pain is most pronounced. Not sure where to start? Take the free 2-minute pain habits quiz → https://biocircuitry.com.au/motto-rheuma-patch-quiz-funnel/

If exercise feels harder and more painful in winter, you're not imagining it and it doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong.

When your body is cold, it redirects blood flow inward to protect your core temperature. That means limbs get reduced circulation, muscles are stiffer and less pliable, and the warm-up phase before any real benefit from movement gets considerably longer.

Early discomfort when starting exercise in winter often isn't injury, just your system adjusting. Knowing the difference helps you make smarter decisions about when to push through and when to ease back.

Motto Rheuma may help relieve that warm-up discomfort so you can keep moving. Not sure where to start? Take the free 2-minute pain habits quiz → https://biocircuitry.com.au/motto-rheuma-patch-quiz-funnel/

If your pain has crept up through August without any obvious trigger, more sedentary behaviour because it’s winter may be the culprit.

Cold tends to discourages outdoor movement. Shorter days shrink the window for physical activity. Work patterns stay the same but the movement that used to buffer daily stress quietly disappears. For people who carry stress in their bodies, the result is accumulation. Tension that would normally be processed through movement settles into your shoulders, jaw or lower back.
The fix isn't necessarily more exercise. It's a more consistent movement. Five minutes twice a day can interrupt a tension cycle in ways that a single weekly session can't.

Motto Rheuma may help relieve the discomfort that comes with that pattern. Not sure where to start? Take the free 2-minute pain habits quiz → https://biocircuitry.com.au/motto-rheuma-patch-quiz-funnel/

Poor sleep increases inflammation. Inflammation disrupts sleep. That's the loop - and winter tends to tighten it.

Inflammatory markers interfere with your sleep patterns, which is part of why your pain wakes you and why it's harder to settle after waking. A poor night's sleep then raises inflammatory markers the following day and lowers your pain threshold. It becomes a horrible spiral.

Cold air, shorter days, and dry indoor heating all add more variables that can make quality sleep harder to achieve through winter.

Motto Rheuma may help relieve overnight discomfort, reducing one of the inputs to that cycle. Try Motto Rheuma free - request your sample at → https://biocircuitry.com.au/product/motto-rheuma-patch-sample/
