- We go to sleep at 11:14pm
- We wake at 6:32am (approx 7hrs 18 mins of sleep)
- People aged 18-34 sleep 48 mins longer and woke less in the night compared to people aged 55+

Not-Even-Naughty Dessert: Raw Cocoa Mousse

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Swisse Organic Raw Cacao Superfood Powder
1 ripe avocado
2 tablespoons honey, rice syrup or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
1 pinch salt

Method:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth, or mash avocado with a fork before adding remaining ingredients. Chill 2 - 4 hours before serving. Garnish with coconut, cacao nibs, fresh berries, nuts or dried fruit of your choice (optional).
