Post-competition recovery is just as important as competition prep. 🥊

Our boxer finished his competition last week, and now it’s time to recover, restore movement, and get ready for the next challenge.

Chiropractic care can help reduce muscle and joint stiffness, improve mobility, support recovery, and get athletes back to training sooner.

Wrist / Elbow Pain — Part 2

Here are a few more exercises Eugene commonly uses to help with wrist and elbow pain.

These may help improve:
✔️ Mobility
✔️ Strength
✔️ Tendon tolerance
✔️ Control during gripping and lifting

Pain from training, boxing, typing, or repetitive work often builds up over time.
Addressing the underlying cause is key for long-term recovery.

Wrist or elbow pain bothering you?
Whether it’s from gym training, boxing, desk work, or repetitive daily movements, ongoing wrist and elbow pain can affect performance and everyday life.

Our chiropractor Eugene is demonstrating a few simple exercises that may help improve mobility, reduce tension, and support recovery.

Pain is often more than just “tight muscles” — joint stiffness, tendon overload, movement patterns, and training load all matter.

If your pain keeps coming back, getting the right assessment can make a big difference.
