Revisiting my 2 favourite Raw Vegan slices.
1/Matcha Coconut & Cacao
Almonds, cashews, coconut syrup, Matcha, coconut flakes, cacao powder, cacao butter, coconut oil, young Living lemon oil & salt

2/ Crunchy base, Matcha, lavender & Cacao
A crunchy base thanks to activated buckwheat added to my usual mix almonds, cashews & coconut flakes. Real lavender and 2 drops of lavender and cardamom essential oil added to the matcha centre.

My latest creation a dark purple colour thanks to freeze dried blueberry powder.
What do these slices have in common? They are healthy and great for our brain.

Every day an opportunity to find a moment of stillness and reflect on the gift of life.
I love the Reiki precepts. They always bring us back to the essential, gratitude, kindness, peace of mind and the present moment, which is only thing we have.
Never learnt Reiki? Maybe it’s time.

THE SHAMANIC PATH
Shamanic practice and rituals help us to feel that we are part of the web of life.
Earth, Pachamama, is our mother. She is sacred. As we recognise her sacredness, we recognise our own.
We know deep in our heart that the Earth isn't just a resource to be exploited. We need to give back, to change the way we live and help others to awaken to theit power to bring back balance.
Are you ready to start your Shamanic Journey?

I offer 3 Ways to enter the Shamanic World:
1/Join a Shamanic Ceremony (Full Moon Fire Ceremony 25/12/26 6:30pm) or Women Circle (13/12/26) and experience the beauty and healing power of group rituals.
2/ Receive the Munay Ki Rites - 9 rites of initiation shared in 5 powerful energetic transmission. A personal transformative and illuminating journey accomplished at your own pace. Receive your Pi Stone.
3/ Book a Shamanic Journey and Soul Retrieval or a Womb Healing session with me.

Everything we do, say, think, eat, drink, put onto our skin either contribute to our health and energy or hinder it.
This is why as part of the modality I teach, I always encourage people to become mindful of the importance of a clean environment and choices, not only for their personal and family benefits but also for the planets.
Remember you attract what you vibrate. If you wish the best opportunities, clients, relationships and stay healthy and vibrant a long time, make some changes.
Come and learn Reiki or Shamanic practice with me!
Plenty of delicious and healthy recipes in my blog (website) 🔗in bio.
