Placing a hand on your heart and on your belly, breathing deeply into her softness, honouring the scars, the changes, the body that has stretched, contracted, aged, carried, released and endured.

For my Signature Hot Stone Massage, I use Azoria Gold Marble, a beautiful marble found in Chillagoe, Queensland.

These stones are chosen not simply for their warmth, but for the qualities they carry within the ritual of the treatment.

Unlike porous basalt stones, marble has a naturally smooth, non-porous surface. This means they do not absorb the beautiful oils used during your treatment. Instead, the warmth of the stone works beautifully allowing the skin to receive the oil, rather than the stone

DEVOTIONAL

My treatments are devotional with intention and in their pace.

When the body feels safe, the vagus nerve responds. Breath deepens. Muscles soften. The armour we didn't realise we were wearing begins to fall away.

In a world that asks us to brace, push and carry more, the nervous system longs for something else.

We've been taught to measure our worth by our capacity to keep going, rather than our innate wisdom to know when to pause.

We are praised for how much we can hold. How much we can carry. How much we can get done. Always available. Always productive. Always becoming.

The moon reminds us we are cyclical. To honour both our capacity and our limits. She expands. She contracts. She shines. She retreats.

There is an ebb and flow within us. Expanding and contracting. Holding and releasing. Doing and allowing. Days to say yes and days when it's a hell no.

Yet as women, we spend our days holding it all.

The Full Moon shines a light on what has completed its season, making space for what is needing to take root and grow. Always cycling, death and rebirth. No complicated rituals, just intuitively listening to your body, knowing thy self.

Monday eve, the sacred little window before the week inhales. What if we stopped meeting Mondays with dread and started meeting them like a ritual? A weekly reset. An opportunity to begin again with intention. Choosing how you want to feel before the world asks anything of you, how you intend to nourish your body, where you will make time for the slowness of wintering.
Every week offers a new devotion. A new rhythm.

ANCIENT + BRAVE

Since time began women held creation
in the palm of their hands
deeply knowing, we must pull
one another to stand

the wisdom of our womanhood
generationally shared
to harvest the good
an intuitive power
we just understood

now, this life moves far too fast
we must signal to our sisterhood past
for the power it holds
has a wisdom that lasts

ancient and brave
using nature to save
remembering the gifts they gave
walking that magnificent pathway
our ancestors paved.
