I have an amazing family. Great friends. A life most people would call blessed.

So where the hell was my anxious style of attachment coming from and my deep belief of “I am not enough” ?

That's the part I couldn't figure out for years. Even after 10 years of different traditional therapies. I'd hear coaches and therapists talk about "childhood wounds" and think… that's not me. My parents are incredible. They gave us everything they could. I'm the 5th of 7 kids and yes, obviously that comes with its own stuff, but I was loved. I knew I was loved.

So why was I still desperate to be chosen by every man I liked? Why was I still performing at work like my life depended on it? Why couldn't I just exist without proving something to someone?

I kept waiting for the big trauma to reveal itself. The thing that would explain everything. The moment I could point to and say "THAT'S why I'm like this."

It never came.

And honestly? That made it worse. Because at least if I had a clear wound I could work on it. Instead I just felt broken for no reason. Which made me feel even more like the problem was just… me.

Here's what I eventually learned. You don't need a dramatic backstory for these patterns to take root. REPEAT, YOU DON'T NEED A DRAMATIC BACKSTORY FOR THESE PATTERNS TO TAKE ROOT. Sometimes it's the small stuff. The stuff nobody notices because it doesn't look like trauma. Being one of many kids and quietly learning that attention has to be earned. Picking up that love feels safer when you're easy, helpful, no trouble. Little moments that your conscious mind forgot but your subconscious built an entire operating system around.

That's what made this so hard to find. It wasn't obvious. It wasn't dramatic. It was quiet. And it ran everything.

If you've ever thought "but my life is good, so why do I still feel like this?"… that doesn't mean you're ungrateful. It means the pattern is just well hidden.

If you're done carrying this sh*t: DM me so I can help you out. 👊

This pattern didn't just show up in my relationships.

It followed me to work.

I got into the top uni in my country.

But not to the bachelor's degree I wanted. In order to get there I joined another program where 50 out of 300 people would get a spot after 2 years..

And that was enough for me to decide I was surely not smart enough.

Not "I need to work harder, learn studying skills, etc.." A simply: I am not smart enough.

When I started working it got worse. I'd overthink every single task. Every email reread five times. Every presentation rehearsed thousand times.

Every deadline met by working late because I was convinced that if I didn't overdeliver, someone would finally figure out I wasn't good enough to be there.

And criticism? Don't even get me started.

One piece of feedback could ruin my entire week. Not because it was harsh.

And it also was. But deep inside I already believed it was true. Every comment confirmed what I already thought about myself: that I didn't deserve to be in that role.

That I was missing something everyone else had. That eventually they'd see through me.

I was performing at work the same way I was performing in relationships.

Trying to prove my value. Trying to earn my place. Terrified that if I stopped trying so hard, I'd be exposed.
Same pattern. Different stage.

The overthinking, the perfectionism, the desperate need for approval from my bosses… it was the same little girl trying to be enough. Just wearing a blazer instead of a date night outfit.

If your job is eating you alive and no amount of "just be more confident" advice has ever actually worked… it's not a confidence problem. It's the same pattern running underneath everything else.

If you're done carrying this sh*t: DM me so I can help you out. 👊

The worst part was never the rejection.

It was knowing I'd done this to myself.

AGAIN.

Every single time a man didn't choose me, I'd spiral. Not just sad.
CONSUMED. Replaying every conversation. Analysing every message. Lying awake thinking "what could I have done differently to make him stay?"

And every single time, somewhere underneath the pain, a little voice would say: "You know this isn't about him."

And I did know. I'd known for years.
I knew I was repeating a pattern. I knew I was handing my worth to men who never asked for it. I knew that the desperate need to be chosen was coming from something deeper than whoever I was dating that month.

I KNEW all of this. And I still couldn't stop the pain.

That's the part that made me feel insane. I wasn't some naive girl who didn't understand what was happening. I could literally explain my own pattern to my friends. They'd look at me and say "you're so self aware" and I'd think… cool. I'm self aware and I'm still crying over a man who was selfish in bed and didn't even want to commit to me.

Self awareness without change is just a front row seat to your own suffering.
I'd done therapy. I'd read the books. I understood attachment theory. I could label myself "anxious attachment" and explain exactly why I was like this.

But knowing WHY didn't stop the feelings from showing up the second a man I wanted walked into the room.

The pattern didn't care how smart I was. It didn't care how many podcasts I'd listened to. It just kept running.

That's what I help women with now.
(I mean, also the understanding part. But if you’ve got that covered). To make the actual change. The bit where knowing turns into not doing it anymore.

Because you don't need another book or another label. You need the pattern to stop.

If you're done carrying this sh*t:

"2 months in. Same feelings. Again."

Do you wanna know how to be with a man without your mental peace getting disturbed?

Avoid them 😂

And that's exactly what I did for around 2 years. Me and my girlies conquering the world, partying every Friday and Saturday and travelling everywhere 🌍. And when I really needed it… a one night stand, no strings, move on.

I was fine. I was free. I had my peace back.

Until I was ready. After 2 years I knew who I was, I loved myself, I knew my worth.. Ive grown so much.. and it happened again…. Of course 😂

I met a guy. Same stereotype I always fall for. The kind I look at and think "he's out of my league." He had what I didn't have yet. The lifestyle, the direction, the confidence. I couldn't believe he was actually attracted to me.

And in less than a month. That's all it took.

Seeing him almost every day and I was already obsessed. He was selfish in bed and I didn't even care that much. I was sure he would learn.. or change for me of course..

My need to be with him was bigger than what I was actually getting from him. Let that sink in.

Same performing. Being the cool girl. The easy girl. Trying to earn something from a man who wasn't even trying to give it.
And the overthinking. God, the overthinking. Every message analysed. Every silence interpreted. Every good moment followed by "but what if he changes his mind?"

When he told me he didn't want a serious relationship, the pain was killing me. But deep in my heart I knew the problem was not him. I'd lived this same s**t so many times. Different levels, different men, same feelings every single time. He was just the number I lost count of.

I ended it after a month and a half. But the overthinking didn't stop when he left. The pain didn't stop. Because the pattern was never about who I was with. It was about who I was without them.
So let me be straight with you.

If you keep ending up in the same emotional place with different men… it's not bad luck. It's a pattern. And avoiding them doesn't fix it. It just puts it on pause until the next one walks in.

DM me and tell me what's going on for you 👊🏼 cuz you are the only one who can take yourself out of that horrible place.

I didn't lose him. I lost myself.

After we broke up. I looked in the mirror and didn't recognise who was looking back.

Ugly. Not interesting. Not fun.

For two years I'd been the woman who looked like she had it together. I worked out, I had a cool job, I had friends, I had opinions 💪.. or at least that's what I showed to everyone..
But there was something underneath all of it I couldn't see until he was gone.

Every time I went for a run, I needed to tell him. Every achievement, every good day. It didn't feel real until he'd seen it. Until I got the 👍, the "well done," the little sign that said I was worth something.

I thought I was just sharing my life with the person I loved.

But when the relationship ended, so did my sense of who I was.

I hadn't just lost him. I'd lost her. And she'd been quietly disappearing for longer than I wanted to admit.

So let me be straight with you.

If you're reading this and your chest is tight right now. That's not a coincidence. That's recognition.

And you can keep scrolling past it, journal about it tonight, forget about it by Thursday and go right back to performing for someone who hasn't even asked you to.

Or you can do something about it.

Nobody is coming to fix this for you. Not him, not the next him, not a better version of him. This one's yours.

I work with women who look strong on the outside but are exhausted from proving themselves on the inside. I've been that woman. I'm not her anymore. And that didn't happen by accident.

If you're done carrying this sh*t → DM me whats going on for you 👊

🧐 Have you ever felt emotionally safe enough to truly be yourself in a relationship?

Most women I work with are incredibly strong on the outside.

But on the inside? They're exhausted from overthinking every message. Anxious when things feel "too good." And quietly abandoning their own needs just to keep the peace.

The problem isn't that they're broken.

The problem is that their subconscious is still running an old program. One that was written in childhood. One that says love isn't safe.

And no amount of journaling, positive affirmations or "just setting better boundaries" will rewrite that program.

Because the subconscious doesn't respond to logic. It responds to transformation at the neurological level.

That's why I use Neuro Transformation Therapy™ the most powerful breakthrough modality disrupting the coaching industry right now.

Here's how it works:

1️⃣ We find the root We don't treat the symptom, we go straight to the subconscious pattern that's driving your overthinking, self-abandonment and emotional unavailability.

2️⃣ We understand the why Your nervous system created this pattern to protect you. We uncover exactly why, using advanced Neuroscience & Behavioural Psychology.

3️⃣ We rewire it permanently Using revolutionary subconscious reprogramming techniques, we release the trauma and install a new, emotionally safe identity from the inside out.

The result?

You stop attracting partners who can't match your energy. You stop shrinking yourself to feel loved. You become the woman who receives love without fear. 💗

This is the work that changes everything.

If you're ready to stop repeating the same patterns and finally feel emotionally safe in love DM me "SAFE" and I'll reach out about how we can work together.

Blessings, Cata 🌸
