A great group session yesterday, it hard to open up to other about how you are feeling but it's all part of you being honest with yourself and and know it's ok to feel sad , angry ,hurt but the first step is letting people in when you are struggling. today is RUOK day but ever day should be RUOK. People who are suffering in silence speak up talk to other, know your not weak ,if you are not feeling ok , just being about to talk about how you are feeling and know that your not being judged can help. A private plunders the aftermath of a battle ravaged shore as the defeated parties slink away. Opportunities taken and plunder recovered. Savvy success. A time of selfishness.
