👣 Can You Walk in a Straight Line with Your Eyes Closed? 👀

It sounds simple… until you try it 😵‍💫

Your balance relies on three key systems working together:
✅ Your vision
✅ Your inner ear (vestibular system)
✅ Your muscles and joints (proprioception)

When one of these systems isn’t working properly, you may experience dizziness, unsteadiness, or feel like the room is spinning.

If dizziness, vertigo, or balance problems are affecting your daily life, our physiotherapists can assess the cause and help you get back on track.
