Last Thursday, I attended Women’s Wellness Day in Eagleby, and it reminded me how powerful it is when women have a safe space to talk, listen and support one another.
For Pink Day and Breast Cancer Awareness Month, here is a gentle reminder: caring for your health is not selfish. Notice changes in your body, keep up with your health checks, ask questions and reach out when something does not feel right.
Women’s wellness is not just about appointments or treatments. It is also about rest, movement, honest conversations, community, and reminding another woman that she does not have to handle everything alone.
I’m grateful to the inspiring women and local professionals who shared their knowledge and experiences at the event.
Today, check in with yourself and check in with a woman you care about. Sometimes one conversation can make a real difference. 🩷

Honestly, I was so touched. The fact that my videos led to this collaboration means everything to me. 💛
