Please arrive early to your first class to show your digital or printed certificate or medical exemption. You can also do this ahead of time by emailing it to [email protected] and we will update your account for you. You'll only have to do this once - if you have any questions please reach out. ⁠

Yoga and meditation are simple and time tested strategies to provide tangible help, gently remind yourself of this as we emerge from months of lockdown here in Melbourne.

A regular practice teaches us to deal with feelings right here and right now. We learn to be in the present and find the much needed state of ease with miraculous simplicity. Practicing doesn’t change the situation. Uncertainty and suffering remain, yet we can find the care and listening that helps us. Yoga is a practice with many styles. When we find a practice and commit to it regularly, it helps whatever we are going through.

Important Studio News ~ We're moving!

We know you've been missing the studio just as much as we've missed seeing you in class. With the recent government announcement, we're looking forward, tentatively but hopefully, to being able to open up on November 2nd. It may even be a few days earlier.

This year has been incredibly unpredictable for small businesses and we are sad to say that the lease on our beautiful Windsor building is up at the end of November. We're currently preparing our new studio space in South Yarra and are very excited to welcome you into it in 2022.

There will be a short interim between the two spaces, and we recognise that this is not ideal, but nothing about this year or last year has been. We hope that you'll join us in our new studio home if you can and join us for online or outdoor classes in the pause between.

What does this mean for you as a student? We will honour the full length of memberships and passes in our Windsor studio when we reopen, and the remainder of your membership and passes in our new South Yarra studio. Passes can be always be used for the Online studio too.

I hope to see you in person, in November, for the final weeks of joyful celebratory practice in the Windsor studio as a community before we move. We'll be in touch closer to reopening with more info too.
