Job Vacancy: Female Support Worker โ Disability Sector (Immediate Start)
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable support worker to join our team and provide person-centred care to clients with disabilities. This role involves assisting with daily living tasks, promoting community participation, and supporting clients in achieving their goals, as well as providing employment support. Immediate start available.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 yearsโ experience in the disability sector
* Demonstrated ability to work with clients who have diverse needs
* Willing and able to meet all compliance documentation as required
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children Check
* Professional references
* Right to work in Australia
* Current Australian Driverโs License
* Strong communication, boundaries, and teamwork skills
Desirable
* Certificate III in Disability or equivalent
* Experience with specific client groups (e.g., autism, mental health, complex care)
