Some people talk about wanting to do more for women's health. Liz and Kellie just get in there and do it. And we are so proud to be apart of it all!

Dr Liz Onley and Registered Nurse Kellie Jackson have spent close to four decades between them sitting across from women in clinics, hospitals and treatment rooms. Listening, diagnosing, treating and supporting. And over all those years, they kept noticing the same thing.

Women were overwhelmed. Too many products. Too much noise. Not enough honest, considered guidance from people who actually understood what was going on in their bodies.

That frustration became the foundation of everything they've built.

That flush after walking inside from the cold? For rosacea-prone skin, that temperature shift is one of the most common triggers this time of year, and winter can create the conditions for it to happen repeatedly.

Cold air outside irritates the blood vessels sitting close to the surface. Heated air inside causes them to dilate. Your skin barely has time to settle before it happens again.

At BMLA, a lot of women come in after sitting with their symptoms for longer than they needed to. Hot flushes, poor sleep, night sweats, low energy. Not quite knowing where to start.

Here's how it works. You book directly with our Menopause Nurse Amy, no GP visit required before hand. She'll take a full history and assessment at your first appointment, and any blood tests can be done on the day.

From there, you'll meet with Dr Liz to review your results and talk through options, including Menopausal Hormone Therapy, which may assist with symptoms like hot flushes, poor sleep, night sweats and low libido.
